Each year, in France, 94,000 women are victims of rape or attempted rape. 78% of
victims are women and in 96 to 98% of cases the aggressor is a man. 16% of Frenchpeople have suffered sexual violence during their childhood. During theirlifetime, 85% of trans people are victims of aggression. On October 14, 2022,there were already 102 feminicides since the beginning of the year, 10 more thanin 2021 on the same date. ---- Concrete material consequences ---- While 5% ofthe 94,000 rapes or attempted rapes (each year) take place in the workplace andone employee in two has already suffered a sexist situation or sexual harassmentat work, it is impunity that reigns for the executioners, and it is the victimswho are kept away from employment.
