sabotaged hospitals from the moment of construction, under-equipped and
diminished means of relief, diversion of international aid, etc.

Added to this is nationalist and xenophobic discrimination, with the relegation
to the background of the Kurdish populations. An example: the communication
around the natural disasters in progress is done only in Turkish while many
people, especially the elderly, do not speak it in Kurdistan.

The tragic toll of this disaster is therefore largely attributable to a policy of
abandonment and contempt for the populations of the predominantly Kurdish
regions. We call on all those who can to donate to the Kurdish humanitarian
organization Roja Sor (see RIB in the CDKF press release).

Making a financial donation through this organization is the assurance that your
donation will not be diverted by the imperialist States which maintain their hold
on Kurdistan.

Humanitarian convoys are regularly picked up by the latter, while a financial
donation directly to the populations concerned will reach them and allow them to
organize the necessary arrangements independently and independently.
