We demand:

1) The immediate transfer of Gabriel Pombo da Silva to Galicia to be close to his
loved ones, in compliance with current legislation.
2) The immediate application and without further unjustifiable delays of the most
favorable Criminal Code, as requested by the Supreme Prosecutor in application of
the Law, which in practice would mean his immediate release.
3) The cessation of the passivity of the Supreme Court in the face of the long
wait that forces Gabriel Pombo da Silva to remain (after 32 years in prison),
putting an end to the illegal kidnapping of our comrade.
