the mechanisms available to the State to guarantee its compliance have proven to
be absolutely insufficient in the face of the capitalist logic of accumulating
profit at all costs.

In the same way, the union model of unitary representation, based on union
elections and company committees, has long been powerless in the face of the
constant deterioration of our working conditions. From CNT we point out the need
for the working class to self-organize to put a stop to the conditions of
exploitation and violence that cause accidents and deaths every year. For this,
we are committed to creating union sections with a democratic operation, which
extend the practices of mutual support, direct action and class unity among the
workforces.
