In the court that followed the spontaneous procedure, in which it was
decided to postpone the trial for Tuesday, May 28, G. Kalaitzidis is
taken to the courtrooms wearing a bulletproof vest and under the custody
of a number of hooded officers of the Anti-Terrorist Service. This
arrest, which essentially paves the way for the Rubicon group to be
characterized as criminal, is part of the state's ongoing repressive
