Since the bourgeoisie laughs at the borders it imposes on us, let us
respond with mutual aid and international solidarity: in the economic
struggle against Capitalism, in the social struggle against the
authority of States, in the absolute rejection of war and nationalist
oppression.

Again and again, let us affirm that our anarchism recognizes differences
only those of an economic nature, regardless of regional or national
divisions. Let us reiterate that the proletarians have a duty to reach
out to each other across borders, to proclaim that they belong to the
same class: that of the exploited, wherever they are, wherever they come
from!

The emancipation of the proletariat, of the oppressed by States and
exploited by the bourgeoisie, cannot stop at borders. Faced with an ever
more authoritarian statism, an ever more xenophobic nationalism, an ever
more sprawling bourgeoisie: let us loudly affirm our libertarian
internationalist federalism!

For Anarchy to live, for free Communism to live:
Exploited people of all countries, let us unite!
