This is pure evil. Elon Musk's New Project Has Moved In Next to Historically Black Neighborhoods, Siphoning Their Resources and Choking Them With Pollution      Sign Now      Dear friends,   Elon Musk is at it again, exploiting small-town America for his own gain. After devastating Boca Chica, Texas, with his SpaceX project, he has now turned his attention to South Memphis for his artificial intelligence venture, xAI. Musk has taken over a facility in the area without any communication with local leaders, and has begun pumping pollution into the air via methane gas generators with no permits whatsoever.   South Memphis is home to historically Black neighborhoods, including Boxtown, which was built by formerly enslaved people. Having faced decades of systemic neglect and environmental racism, these communities deserve better than to be further harmed by Musk's expansion plans. His dystopian supercomputer project called "Colossus" requires millions of gallons of water and substantial electricity, which will inevitably drain vital resources from Black residents who already struggle with inadequate infrastructure.   We cannot allow Musk to continue this reckless path. The Tennessee Valley Authority must reject his irresponsible power plans for xAI to protect the health and safety of South Memphis residents. Sign the petition to demand accountability and justice for these communities!
