WORLD WORLDWIDE US USA - GOOD NEWS by LGBTQNATION - LGBTQIA+ Homosexualité GAY - November 9, 2024

November 9, 2024
Here are this week's most popular positive stories. Like this newsletter? Share it with a friend. Everyone could use a little good news.

It has been a hard week, and while we're more committed now than ever to sharing empowering, uplifting stories, we wanted to offer some compassion and encouragement too:

It's an emotional time, and it's good (and vital) to express our feelings, both alone and with others. Remember, nearly 70 million other also voted for progress, equality and decency — and we're heading into the future with them.

Community advocates are already strategizing how to protect the most vulnerable so we can remain unified and strong. May this week's stories remind you of the positive possibilities and immense good we can still accomplish, even in challenging times.

How about when a group of neighbors succesfully stood up an attempt to silence queer voices? And did you ever hear the real-life story about how Melissa Etheridge’s pool parties with Ellen & Rosie inspired The L Word?
