Stop the practice of transfers carried out by the company to SBPS union
members and officials, and also appoint all SBPS union members and
officials as workers with the status of Indefinite Term Work Agreement
(PKWTT). In short: appoint the workers as permanent factory workers.
the management of PT Safelock Medical Klaten is required to re-employ
SBPS members and managers whose contracts were unilaterally terminated
and stop the practice of suppression and guarantee a climate of
unconditional freedom of union. In short: rehire the 10 laid-off workers.
SBPS union members have gone on strike on December 3 and 4, 2024, then
stopped it for further negotiations. SBPS has threatened to escalate the
