Little is known about what the CIA’s Ratcliffe did in Moscow, but plenty has happened since – which may or may not be related.
Putin has signed three secret decrees that are listed but with their content hidden, though the Kremlin claimed Ratcliffe and Putin did not actually meet. At the same time, Russian media said another major POW exchange is underway, while Belarus’s Lukashenko ordered a surprise military readiness check.
But Russia was not spared from a Ukrainian strike as more Wildberries warehouses and oil hubs were set ablaze overnight – which is probably more bad news for Wildberries, as Putin also signed a new decree that allows temporary control of assets damaged in attacks if the Kremlin deems the businesses inadequate in preparing themselves against drone strikes.
Back in Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada said the country is not mobilizing women despite Kellogg’s call, and Fedorov upped the ante by saying Ukraine is slowly losing unless big changes come – not so tacitly pointing fingers at corruption, and maybe some politicians.
