It’s Friday, August 7 As Russian ballistic missile attacks continue and Patriot interceptor shortages deepen, Kyiv is increasingly focusing on domestic solutions. Ukrainian defense company Fire Point unveiled new details of its Freyja missile defense project, while President Volodymyr Zelensky set an ambitious target for Ukraine to achieve major breakthroughs in missile production and anti-ballistic capabilities by 2026-27. Diplomatically, attention is shifting back to Washington.
