On the third festival Equal ?gales of 22 , 25 and 26 October 2013 ---- Equality between 
women and men in the workplace is far from assured . While the role of women has changed 
considerably in the workplace , many inequalities remain (salaries, careers , jobs, 
insecurity ... ) . Women are also more victims of violence at work, and some , immigrants 
or lesbians, suffer more. The career is marked by many stereotypes and leads to this there 
are " men's jobs " and " women's jobs ". Education is obviously at the heart of this 
situation. Finally , in addition to their paid work , women continue to take on more 
housework than men : the "double day" ... We want equality between women / men, 
everywhere, all the time! 3 years ago , the collective " equal to equal" was formed to 
coordinate and give scale to the struggle for equal rights, access to basic rights, 
feminism and against discrimination .
 
These struggles are fully valid.
 
Despite the creation of a ministry of women's rights , the gender inequalities are still 
there. The shots bursts of " angry fathers ", but also the introduction of marriage 
between homosexuals have unfortunately given rise to the most reactionary way, carrying a 
violently patriarchal vision of society. These speech or hate crimes were against 
homosexuals them but also against the emancipation of women.
 
We demand equality now and ways to implement it !
 
Our demands have weight if we stand together!
 
We claim : Equal pay , employment , conditions of work and life . Means for abortion , 
contraception and fertility control . Equal education in sexuality and gender .
