I sent this out a few weeks ago, but just heard back from the journal editor that we need about 10 more bands in order for our study to get published, so I thought I would give it another go. Also, we can use bands of 3 (before it was 4) now as well.:
Just as a recap, I am a PhD Student studying teams and bands and what makes them effective and creative at Claremont Graduate University. I am trying to get my research group's work published, but we need a larger sample size, so I thought I could ask you guys for help.
If you are a musician currently in a band with at least 3 total members including yourself, then you are eligible to participate in a scientific study examining the dynamics of teams/bands and how they impact overall effectiveness.
For those of you who do not know me, I am currently a PhD candidate studying collaboration and team dynamics (and an avid guitar player and songwriter and band member for all my life!) and am investigating the emergent dynamics within bands for my line of research.
It would be much appreciated if you and your band members participated in this survey!
The survey will take approximately 10-18 minutes, depending on the size of your band.
Each participating member will receive a copy of the final study once it is complete, if desired..
If you are interested in participating, please reply to this thread or personally reach out to me at:

Thank you so much guys!
Sincerely,
