Ensure maximum democracy, while having the reactivity necessary for a revolutionary 
organization? That's where we must strive. ---- The largest space, the congress biennial 
brings together activists and militants of all G groups. This is where the main 
orientations are fixed and mandated the organization's animation teams. ---- Permanent 
coordination team, the federal secretariat, brings together mandaté.es comrades to manage 
the organization on a daily basis (cash, internal relations, diffusion ...), its relations 
with its partners (external, international relations ...) and run his means of expression 
(newspaper, web). ---- Thematic teams, intervention secretariats coordinate action on the 
various fronts of struggle (companies, feminism, ecology, racism, youth, etc.).

The federal collective is the monthly meeting of the Federal Secretariat and the 
secretariats of intervention.

Intermediate body, the Federal Coordination meets three times a year délégué.es groups, 
sets up campaigns, advocates on important subjects, controls the action of the federal 
collective.
