A very successful anti-fascist Rally For Peace took place December 14th as 100s of anti-fascists occupied the planned site at the Dail of a
far-right rally. Stewards did a great job of containing far-right provocations throughout the rally.The 1st group of far right agitators
that appeared were visibly bewildered to find the site of their rally occupied. This group included masked members of Generation Identity,
the group linked to the New Zealand mass killer & two of whose Irish members were jailed recently. ---- 180 arrived for the far right rally,
and ended up stuck across the road from their intended rally site. Some, particularly the masked fascists spent over an hour trying to
provoke people on the anti-fascist protest. Stewards prevented this happening at the rally Four to five times as many anti-fascists turned
up - the far right had been very sure in advance that the anti-fascists could be 'dealt with' which is why such a large number of stewards
were deployed to keep the rest of the anti fascist rally goers safe from fascist violence

In fact 100 anti-fascist stewards deployed an hour ahead of the announced start time to take control of the location and set up a perimeter
which would be free from fascists and their violence. A few fascists did try and enter this but were prevented from doing so.Leading to the
glum faces seen here on the fascists clustered around one of their piss poor leaders, ex British soldier Tan Torino. The best the fascists
could manage afterwards was to sob online about how mean everyone was to them - who knew fascists were so disliked?At the time a journalist
who was in the far-right rally said they were constantly moaning about how we had taken their spot and whining at the Garda that they should
move us for them.

Because we were helping with stewarding and so facing the fascists our video view of #RallyForPeace was of the confrontations but inside the
security cordon created there was much singing and even some dancing. There were also speeches (although the sound system was a bit
underpowered for the numbers) from a wide variety of people including SIPTU Deputy General Secretary Ethel Buckley. SIPTU was one of several
unions lending support to the anti-fascists.

A large number of NGOs also took part. Interestingly the hard right GRIPT group have decided to not only align with open fascists in
opposing the anti-fascist rally but have chosen to specifically target catholic charity Trócaire for taking part. After 7 fascists arson
attacks in the last 12 months, attacks on peoples houses and prolonged harassment & threats as individual anti-fascists there isn't much of
a mystery when some anti-fascists needed to obscure their identity, particularly those from marginalised group. The GRIPT piece not only
fails to provide this context it actually fails to mention the word fascism or even racism once. Perhaps that's why the article is
anonymous, GRIPT writers have played with the fascists in the past and got their fingers burned

The reality was a huge range of groups from right across 'civil society' in Ireland lent support to the anti-fascist rally. There is
widespread concern with the poisonous hatred far-right YouTubers are spreading intendeding to incite vulnerable people into acts of
violence. Many republican, left & anarchist groups were also present including a first outing for Feminist Anti-Fascist Action FAntiFa - a
coalition of groups that yesterday helped secure the space ahead of the RallyForPeace

Clearcut in Abitibi ---- François Legault's Caquist government has once again demonstrated that its interests and priorities are placed on
the side of industry and employers. While the woodland caribou are struggling to survive, the Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ) has just
abolished protection measures targeting three territories (massifs of mature forests) in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean on the Nitassinan, i.e. 46,000
hectares of forest. Pierre Dufour, Minister of Forests, Wildlife and Parks, said recently: "We also have the whole industrial aspect that
tells us:" Well there, Mr. Dufour, if you do something for the caribou, we will lose jobs ""[1]. The forest industry, ever stingier with new
territories to exploit, is delighted with news like this. For the caribou present in the Charlevoix region, the minister goes there again
with a decision just as tinged with interests: to kill wolves instead of putting in place measures to protect the herd present in this
territory where only 26 individuals were observed during the last census. In the inventory report produced by the Ministry of Forests,
Wildlife and Parks which was put online recently, it is clearly written in black and white that the problem is not the wolf, but the
presence of the forest industry and urban sprawl caused by tourism: "The territory occupied by the Charlevoix caribou is greatly disturbed

Obviously, this decision of the Caquist government made several people react, including Martin-Hugues Saint-Laurent, professor of animal
ecology at the University of Quebec in Rimouski (UQAR). The latter has a doctorate in biology and a postdoctoral internship on caribou. But
now the great international champion of bullshit, Minister Pierre Dufour (bachelor in political science and with a certificate in
marketing), allows himself to snub Saint-Laurent: "It's easy to be seated in his tower of ivory at the University of Rimouski and say: "This
is how it works" or "If Mr. St-Laurent is able to grow a mature forest - as he always says:" It takes a mature forest "-, s 'he is able to
push me a forest in the space of a year, that he tells me, because I don't have the solution "[3]. In the end, it is clear that Minister
Dufour[4]and the CAQ will do the bare minimum to save face. Use a very short-term solution, kill wolves, instead of promoting the protection
of territories to prevent any destruction of caribou habitat. Opting for the second option would mean slapping your friends in the forest
industry. The same disaster is happening in Gaspésie where the forest industry has cut so many trees in the Matane wildlife reserve that the
foresters have reached the heights of the Chic-Chocs, refuge of the last caribou in the region. And as Mr. Saint-Laurent said, despite the
slaughter of coyotes and bears, predators of caribou,

The Pessamit Innu First Nation published a press release stating its desire to protect the caribou: "The Pessamiulnuats have stopped
harvesting this game for over ten years, thus sacrificing an important part of their culture. In return, what were the sacrifices of the
foresters who are scientifically recognized as being the main cause of the decline of the species? What have been the concrete actions of
the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks during these years, when the decline has only increased? It is high time that the Quebec
government took responsibility, "says Éric Kanapé. The press release also states that "Innu culture is today threatened by the alteration of
the forest due to the type of forestry practiced there. A forestry which, to date, took very little account of the needs of the
Pessamiulnuat and which altered a large part of the natural ecosystems of the territory. The biological integrity of forests is, however,
necessary for the maintenance of traditional practices, which are particularly based on the harvesting of wildlife resources "[5]. The Innu
Council of Pessamit wants the Quebec government to create a protected area to help caribou.

In Abitibi, the Quebec government is in the midst of a crisis with the Anishinabeg communities over the caribou herd of Val d'Or. Already
under the Couillard government, the Minister of Forests, Wildlife and Parks, Luc Blanchette, had declared that there would be no question of
saving the 18 caribou remaining near Val d'Or. According to a preliminary report on which the minister was based, it would be necessary to
invest 76 million over 50 years to save the woodland caribou, an amount too large for the Liberal[6]. And we must add to this their eternal
song about the loss of jobs and the risk of seeing businesses close. For the Liberals, life therefore has a price. Saving an endangered
species from a few million spanning several decades is not worth it. Especially that he should have put a brake on his friends in the mining
and forestry industries, which the latter never wanted to do. Today, another government, same interests. Besides slaughtering wolves,
Minister Dufour does not intend to do much else except a meeting with the Anishinabeg chiefs. The service buffoon did not deviate from his

The economy before life

The forest is a reservoir of resources to be exploited to run the economy, nothing more. At least, that's what we can understand by reading
the words of the Caquist minister. If the forest industry is on the brink, it is because of the industry itself and the international
competition engendered by capitalism. A stingy industry that will never be satisfied and that is ready to clear any forest in order to stack
profits even more. The leaders could massacre all the caribou and the industry would not be saved any more.

In the end, everyone knows that killing wolves will not change anything in the medium and long term. The wolf is an extremely important
animal for ecosystems. It is the destruction of the old forests where the precious lichen and the mushrooms that the caribou eat are found,
as well as the multiplication of forest paths that facilitate the movement of wolves that endanger the herds of forest caribou.

Obviously, we are aware that many villages depend on the forest industry (logging or sawmills). The situation of marginal parishes,
mono-industrial villages and towns presents an important contradiction of the capitalist economy: a locality and its natural resources are
exploited by an industry (the profit rates constantly increasing without benefiting the workers and workers) and this locality lives a
dependence on the same industry for employment and the simple economic survival of the place. Several peripheral regions of Quebec were
colonized to meet the interests of big capitalists who wanted to extract natural resources, then transform and market them in central
regions and abroad,

Sooner or later, this circle of exploitation and dependence will have to be ended. When there is nothing left to cut and exploit, the
industry will pack up and leave nothing but desolation and destruction. Wood workers will always be in the same mess and the small
municipalities will still have survival problems. The inhabitants and inhabitants must organize themselves and find new ways of inhabiting
the territory. This does not mean to stop "logging" completely because there are ways in which forestry is not the road to death as it is
right now. In addition, we must set up an economy based on our real needs and take into account the capacity of territories and ecosystems.

How? 'Or' What?

The creation of neighborhood committees and autonomous municipalities, which could possibly federate at the level of cities and regions,
would allow residents of the peripheries to organize on both local and regional bases to confront the issues that we have in common and
develop a counterweight to the management and development of the territory from "above". The revolution cannot be complete without the
disengagement of the peripheries, on whatever scale, from their centers. Our action must be local and focused on satisfying the real needs
of the population (in particular by food sovereignty) and not according to the dictates fixed by a market which generates and maintains
inequalities. However, we cannot rethink our regions without including First Nations in our approach. The colonization of
"Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean" took place on stolen land, the Nitassinan, which has never been ceded. True revitalization requires the
decolonization of the territory.

This statement expresses a shared political perspective of Muktivadi Ekta Morcha. ---- Anti-Capitalism: ---- MEM stands for the abolition of
capitalist system of exploitation. Against its alienating labor, wage system and dictatorship of the boss, any managerial class or the
state. We stand for control of the industry, its goods and, services by the workers and the communities. ---- Anti-Statism: ---- MEM fights
for the replacement of and hence abolition of the straitjacket of the modern nation states. On the one hand the state is the protector of
the rich and the bosses, crushing the working class, the peasants and the tribal communities whenever the boss class demands. On the other
hand by constant tutelage, control and violence it kills all human initiatives, solidarity and the full development of the individual and
the community.
We are against any form of state, even as a means for worker and human liberation. A state can never liberate anyone and can only create a
new despotism. We fight to replace this system of total control with the administration of things through the federation of community
councils based on voluntary participation.

Anti-Brahmanicalism:
MEM stands for the abolition of the caste system in all its guises.The capitalist and statist exploitation in India has been casteist
exploitation. This division of human beings and of workers among themselves has crushed all sense of solidarity. Because most people in the
oppressed castes are part of the working class, their liberation won't be complete without liberation from the class system. Nonetheless,
the oppressed castes can make gains through struggles within the existing society, as people of the oppressed castes and as members of the
working class. As with other specific groups within the working class, we support autonomous Dalit and Adivasi organizations.

Mere ultimate social control over industry, land and society of all might not be enough to end this hierarchy of hierarchies. We also urge
worker and community organizations to support the struggles of people who are oppressed on the basis of caste. We support the fight for
economic and cultural equality and integration for the oppressed castes and religious communities today and for total abolition of the caste
for a truly free and anarchist society.

Queer Liberation and Anti-Sexism:
MEM fights against patriarchy that has enslaved women and non-binary people into the worst kind of slavery. Like casteism, the sexism has
divided the workers and human beings into "earner" and "depended", concentrating wealth, privilege and social control in hands of straight
men even within the exploited classes and castes.

Because most women are part of the working class, the liberation of women won't be complete without liberation from the class system.
Nonetheless, women can make gains through struggles within the existing society, as women and as members of the working class. As with other
specific groups within the working class, we support autonomous organization of women.

We seek a social environment where people are not trapped by oppressive social norms but are free to develop sexual expressions, gender
identities, and relationships that are right for them.

Because oppression based on sexuality and gender is distinct from class oppression, though linked to it, we support autonomous organization
to end these forms of oppression. We also urge worker and community organizations to support the struggles of people who are oppressed on
the basis of gender identity and consensual sexual relationships.

The struggle for the liberation of women and oppressed sexualities is part of the struggle for a free and egalitarian society.

Internationalism and Anti-Imperialism:
The boss class and the political elites are united globally to find cheaper resources, labor power and markets. With the support of local
elites they at once strip the people of one nation of basic human rights, control over resources and life and, good paying jobs in other.

At the same time, direct military intervention and occupation in some countries and regions like Kashmir is killing thousands of workers,
artisans and farmers. We support their struggle for political and social autonomy and self-determination, which is essential for any
economic struggle, while also organizing for complete abolition of current political and economic regime without which the liberation is not
complete.

6 Revolutionary Unionism:

To achieve the above stated goals, MEM takes the path of class struggle and revolutionary unionism.

Revolutionary unionism has a two-fold goal of 1) organizing workers for defense of immediate interests and obtaining improvement in their
quality of life and 2) transforming by the means of Social Revolution to a Libertarian Communist, stateless society.

We move towards these goals by creating a structure in which there are neither leaders nor executive power. The revolutionary unions, with
the community organizations are not only the means of struggle in current situation; they are also the foundational structures of the new
and free society that we carry in our hearts.

Current labor movement in India is flooded with hierarchical unions with union leaders becoming an extension of the management and party
affiliated unions, in which the workers are merely a tool for electoral gains. Most of these unions do not support the workers in most
precarious jobs and informal jobs. These unions do not see as their task to overthrow the capitalist system by direct, organized yet
spontaneous actions. They detest workers self organization and spontaneity - workers creative self-activity.

MEM, like other revolutionary unions fights for the abolition of the wage system and for the control of industry by the workers themselves
organizing themselves in a federation of workers unions.

Community Organizing:
The class struggle is not limited to the workplace but also spreads out into the broader community, in areas like housing, gentrification,
transportation, pollution, welfare rights, police brutality. To challenge the dominating classes in society, the working class needs a
movement that can address these struggles and the issues of the day. We support the development of mass self-managed organizations in the
community such as tenant organizations or transit rider unions.

Green Syndicalism:
The imminent climate catastrophe and ecological collapse of much of the natural world will either leave the workers in a horrifying
situation and instability from all sides in an unplanned manner or will give them the challenge of transitioning from fossil fuel economy to
a cleaner one. The process that has already started all over the world will at once be a struggle of survival for the working class and an

As an anarchist group we continue to be present in the streets, in the chaotic protests and creating initiatives in our villas, barrios and

Against the threat of American bombing, for the withdrawal of US troops, for the end of Iranian interference in Iraq. Freedom for all the
peoples of the Middle East ! ---- The assassination of General Qassem Soleimani by the United States on January 3 increased the risk of an

the regime, pillar of his conservative fraction, Qassem Soleimani was by no means a friend of the people. A leading member of the

Since the beginning of December, ZSP has been involved in a conflict with Hostel 24 in Bydgoszcz. A few dozen workers were cheated and they
have organized three protests already: two at the hostel and one in front of the owner's house. The union will keep fighting, not only for
the money, but to stop the employer from cheating anybody else.
As it turns out, many people who worked in Hostel 24 were not paid and we can see that this has been going on for at least 5 years. We do
not know the whole extent of it, but at least 30 former workers have come forward and contacted the union. Currently, anybody who was
working there but not was not paid has quit but is fighting for payment and to let other potential victims become aware of the modus
operandi of this "business".

The Interview  is about regarding the state of Turkey’s invasion of Rojava, the reaction of the people in Turkey, the impact of the campaign
of boycotting Turkish companies products, its markets and also the attitude of people
in Turkey. ---- first part: ---- Q: How is the situation in the cities of Turkey, especially Istanbul and Ankara during this war on Rojava?
Are things carrying on as normal or are they living under the shadow of war? ---- There is (still) huge amount of nationalist propaganda.
The war that the state in, is a beneficial tool of the government. They have changed the political structure of the state according to their
wish by claiming to be in war. So, as you have mentioned everything is happening in the shadow of war. This shadow is fearful for normal
people and the ones who got the political, economical and social power is using this to keep their position.

Q: What was the reaction of people?

It is hard to say that there is a reaction. In every step of war politics, the state is banning to protest, demonstrate, criticise or even
talk about the war in bad meaning. If anything appear (even a comment in social media), it is good reason for government to put people into
jail. Many people have been sent to prison just criticise the war on Rojava.

In fact, the other half of the people are convinced this nationalist propaganda. The parties seemed like opposition they act together with
AKP. If the issue is Kurdish issue, the liberals, kemalist even some socialist act in the same fascist line.

Q: Are still able to go about your life as normal? If not how has your life
changed?

As anarchists or libertarian people; the things are not going well. As I mentioned they have changed the structure of the state and the
laws. So any law can be changed according to the wish of the "president". The armed forces of the state act more courageously. You become
open target not just by state but also civil fascists. If you write something on the issue in a newspaper, it is easy to put you in jail.

When the state starts a war, the war starts also inside the country. Big operations to revolutionary people, banning to newspapers and
channels... Even while you are walking, you have been stopped by police for anykind of reeason and been taken undercostody as their wish.

Q; Is there any resistant against the war on Rojava in form of protests or
demonstration? Has people shown any solidarity to Rojava?

It is not just Rojava war, the social opposition in here cannot do anything because of "state of emergency" since 2015. So they said they
finished the process of "state of emergency" but in reality it is not. Moreover, some parts of the opposition have their kemalist
reflections in the "Kurdish issue".

Q: You may aware that there is a campaign of boycotting Turkish
products, media and Tourism. We are a part of that campaign Have you
noticed any effects as a result of this campaign to ordinary people in
Turkey?

It is really hard to hear or be aware of such campaings. Because there is a policy of government in media, they do not allow anykind of
information to be spread. But if you check the alternative media, it is the only option that you can be aware of. By the help of comrades of
KAF informed us, we have been aware and tried to keep people aware about the campaign.

The economy in here is not going well for a while. Because of the economical programs, political process, malpractices of government etc.
Probably these kind of campaigns have an affect on economy. But need to be analysed well.. So economy is bad for a while for everyone (of
course not talking about the rich elites), that's the only thing that everyone is sure. Even this reality is still ignored by state.

Q: How is the situation inside the prisons? Have any comrades from
your organisation or other anarchist groups been attacked, arrested by
the state like it had happened in the past?

As I mentioned state of emergency in the answer before, since 2015 the conditions of the political prisoners are not going well. The
situation for them is "state of emergency of state of emergency".. The administration of the prisons have right to act according to their
wish. And sometimes these wished are even against basic human rights. By the helps of a comrade who is in jail, we got the information of
"inside"... They put 10-15 people to cells for 3-4 people. The conditions are agains anykind of moral or right. They even do not let
political prisoners to see their lawyers which is a human right violation.

We got punishments like money or paroles luckily during this process. But we are living in such a land that anything can be good reason to
be in prison.

Q: Has the anarchist movement able to become a mass or social
movement? Has it involved in the people's daily struggles?

Anarchist movement in here has a short history. Modern anarchist movement had appeared at the end of 1980's. Untill 2000s, the movement did
not aim to socialize, more it has been seen as an intellectual effort. Today, the movement is becoming to be a social movement. You see
anarchism more organised and social. From peoples liberation movement to ecology, from workers struggles to women liberation struggle there
are anarchists.

Q: In what areas the anarchist groups are active? For example: culture
in general [theatre, literature, art, music] social movement, anti-
militarism, children rights, education especially in bringing up the
children, trade and cooperatives?

Actually, all topics we aim to have experiences. Now as a part of Revolutionary Anarchist Action; we have a 10-yeared-collective economy
experience as 26A Cafe. Trying to expand the experience, we have 26A Workshop for 4 years (having presentations about anarchism to
geography, archeology etc.). For 4 years we are running Young Workers Association which aims to organise young workers in different sectors.
It is over 10 years, our women comrades are organising the Anarchist Women organisation to struggle the patriarchy. Again, it's over 10
years, there is an anarchist tradition in highschools in the name of Highschool Anarchist Action. For 6 years, young comrades are organising
the universities against fascists in the name of Anarchist Youth. Meydan Newspaper has 51 issue and working for the 52nd issue, it is the
longest anarchist periodical publishing for this geography. Again it is over 10 years, we are in anti-militarist movement having the
association of Consciensious Objection Association which is the anarchist solution to the war in Kurdistan. The organisation is calling
people to be CO's against war.
