The use of the Tour de France to advertise the State of Israel (see page 13) sparked protests at every stage of the event, showing the
vitality of the Boycott-Divestment-Sanction (BDS) campaign, of which UCL is a stakeholder. BDS acts to compel Israel to end its colonialist,
racist and disintegrating Palestinian society policies, pursued relentlessly for over seventy years. ---- The cycling team, funded by
billionaire Sylvan Adams, very active in whitewashing Israel's image through sport, was called the Israel Start-Up Nation. "Israel Apartheid
Nation" replied BDS. ---- All along the route, therefore, groups protested, most of the time by displaying Palestinian flags and throwing
slogans. "Palestine will live, Palestine will win" chanted the libertarian communists on the route from Mante-la-Jolie to Paris. The media
have commented very little on this protest, and France Televisions has obviously not broadcast any images, by virtue of its ordinary policy
of erasing any political demonstration taking place on the Tour.

The strike day of September 17, the first of importance since confinement, was to make it possible to face another "world after": the
results are mixed. ---- September 17 was announced as a day of national inter-professional mobilization "for employment" by the trade unions
which called for it: the CGT, Solidaires and the FSU. It was a catch-all day, a back-to-school day, not useless but not prepared as it
should have been. If it is classic that a day of mobilization like this one is announced for the start of the school year, it took on a
special meaning this year. ---- Demonstration September 17, 2020, Paris. ---- Red Photo Library
On the one hand, the context of the health crisis, the demands for the protection of employees in the workplace, which are public health
demands, are on everyone's mind. Moreover, the gigantic economic crisis, which is only in its infancy, already has its share of tens of
thousands of new and new unemployed, wage cuts, ever increasing precariousness of the labor market. Finally, the December-January dispute
over pensions is still fresh. Because even if a new reform has not yet been announced, the government wants to do it before the end of the
five-year term.

In the processions, too few new faces
There were, therefore, reasons to mobilize ! Yet the day was mixed, the numbers are not up to par. And above all, few parades of boxes
appeared in the demonstrations. The day would have made more sense if it had made it possible to shed light on the struggles for jobs in a
number of places, if it had even made it possible to start a coordination of the struggling clubs.

Instead, in most towns it was a parade of regulars. It is not useless, far from it, because it makes it possible to reweave the links
weakened by the health crisis, to put the foot in the stirrup for the militant teams who are still suffering the repercussions of the
disorganization due to the confinement. But these parades are insufficient to shake a governmental power which listens only to the employers
and its thirst for profits. A power which also has its eyes riveted on the presidential elections of 2022, and which intends to carry out
the end of its mandate with an iron fist in view of the re-election.

Several elements can explain the difficulty in mobilizing. The effect of astonishment is still there, among our colleagues, and sometimes
even in the militant teams. The difficult start of the school year worried those who have children. And in many companies that are currently
undergoing layoff plans, the time is unfortunately not for battle.

But September 17 also lacked proactive actions, both towards these threatened workers, and towards those who are already unemployed. In
Rennes Technicolor employees joined the event, in Toulouse a coordination of aeronautical employees is taking place. These still too rare
examples must be multiplied in order to place the issue of employment at the center of concerns. It is by starting from the struggles that
we will be able to demonstrate that the rise in the unemployment rate is everyone's business.

Waking up at 5 a.m. every morning and getting out of the house, riding a bus is a bus; sweating in the heat, getting wet in the cold, being
late. We are always late; We are late for work, home and time. We stay at the door of the factory, the company, with the shame of being
late. Unpaid invoices are issued one by one. It is one of us who came to cut, but still we feel embarrassed when we say "cut". Our houses
are always rented if we are not hidden at night where there is no road. Rent means never ending, not ending and will not be paid without
delay. You talk to the landlord ashamed when you fail to pay. If you are a mother or father, you cannot meet the needs of the house, you
will be ashamed of your children. Those who go to primary school are ashamed of the trip they cannot go. From high school shoes to
sweatpants. Those who could not win the university, without a classroom; college students are ashamed of not being able to eat outside the
refectory. From muddy shoes in winter, from his pants; you will be ashamed of the holiday you could not do in summer.

You are ashamed because you have feelings and thoughts. You have values. You don't steal someone else's rights. You share your rights with
someone else while living in scarce opinion. Shameless without values; He is not ashamed of stealing, fapping, exploiting. You will be ashamed.

Don't be ashamed to be ashamed. This shame is what makes us human. What makes human beings human. We live humanely with our values, we do
not give up because we are poor. But the poor don't live either. We should not accept poverty. Who would agree? Either he says "it has come
like this, it goes like this" and lives in an illusionary world full of TV series, movies, matches and competitions. However, poverty is
something to be resisted. It is injustice, it is captivity. It is something that needs to change, to tip over Whether we like the idea of
revolution or not, this is what we want: everything changes. The change of our poverty and deprivation; the change in the poor majority and
the richness of the minority; A change that will create a world without concepts such as poverty and wealth. So revolution. For us, living
means not giving up belief in justice and freedom. It is living with hope.

Hope but what kind of hope?

This world we live in is the world of states and companies. And somehow we live in this world. Does it provide false hope, that we live in
spite of everything we do not understand? False hope is believing that one day you will get rich while you're poor. It is believing that he
will get rich and be happy. This hope allows you to work for the gain of the rich. "I'll be rich too." You always stay poor, the rich always
rich. False hope tells you to lose someone else to win. Neither you win nor you hit to win, you both lose. False hope is just to save
yourself. It makes you think everything will change if you save yourself. You get lonely; the more lonely it becomes, the easier it is to
shape and exploit you. False hope argues that he will be happy when he retires. Youth passes, "I wish" s and old age pass. Every promise of
false hope is immaterial, it also has spiritual promises. While living with all this, you live to win the spiritual ones as well. Not for
now, but for paradise you will earn when you lose your life. This is also simple. There are rules, if you follow the rules you will win
heaven, and these rules are rules that do not confront capitalism. It is unnecessary to think who is poor and who is rich. In fact, your
poverty is your opportunity to win paradise. God's opportunity. False hope is the hope of gaining wealth in the present world, of gaining
heaven in the next world. they are rules that do not confront capitalism. It is unnecessary to think who is poor who is rich. In fact, your
poverty is your opportunity to win heaven. God's opportunity. The false hope is the hope of gaining wealth in the present world, the hope of
gaining heaven in the next world. they are rules that do not confront capitalism. It is unnecessary to think about who is poor and who is
rich. In fact, your poverty is your opportunity to win paradise. God's opportunity. The false hope is the hope of gaining wealth in the
present world, the hope of gaining heaven in the next world.

True hope begins with questioning this poor life. What is to produce? What is to consume? What is the need? What is the order? What is the
command? What is the crime? What is the penalty? What is the rent? What is the commodity? What is a property? What is mine? What is
selfishness? What is the competition? What's the boss? What is a worker? When questioning, questions do not end. What is justice? What is
freedom? True hope continues by not being able to fit into it with the awareness that will be created by asking questions; you feel riot
inside. Hope has found itself in this questioning. This is the will to change everything. Hope that begins with understanding the necessity
and reality of the revolution. Capitalism is afraid of this hope. He tries to devalue this hope by confusing it with false hopes. Revolution
is hope for all of us, but a real hope. It is what begins here now, not in the mysteries of the future like false hopes.

In Warsaw, in the Ursus district at ul. Regulska 86, there is a Kindergarten Point and the Tumiraj Center for Education, Therapy and
Diagnosis. Until recently, the point was run by the Foundation of the Institute of Education Support (IWE). Several female employees, incl.
psychologist and speech therapist, have been waiting for unpaid wages and an equivalent for unused leave for a long time. ---- The female
employees also had other problems: the employer did not send the Z-3 form to ZUS, which prevented two female employees from receiving the
allowance. Three female employees also received incorrect employment certificates and were not paid an equivalent for unused vacation.
Unfortunately, the employer feels "untouchable" because he liquidated the Foundation at the end of July. A few months before the
liquidation, the president of the management board and the head of the facility set up another company (LEDU sp. Z oo). And the facility
continues to function and conduct exactly the same activities as before. And although the Foundation is in liquidation, two weeks ago a job
offer at IWE appeared on the Internet!

When the employees turned to the National Labor Inspectorate, they received information that the Inspection could do nothing because the
employer was in liquidation. Unfortunately, these are the methods of many dishonest employers. They feel unpunished when they steal
employees' salaries because they use various manipulations of legal entities.

There can be no acceptance for such conduct. The facility is still operational, but employers do not want to pay back wages and pretend that
because they operated under a different name, they have no obligation to meet their obligations to employees. They hire new people who they
cannot be sure will not suffer the same fate.

The Union of Syndicalists of Poland - the Association of Multiples in Warsaw announces the beginning of an employee conflict with the
Tumiraj facility, in particular with Artur Z. (former IWE transfer, today's member of the LEDU board) and Bartosz G. (the superior of the
defrauded employees and the president of LEDU).

Let us add that the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy supervised the IWE Foundation, but is not interested in the fate of the
Foundation's employees. The National Labor Inspectorate, as usual, says there is nothing it can do. The theft of salaries is not met with
any reaction from state institutions.

For this reason, we will protest at Tumiraye to demand payment of the money owed to workers. We appeal to parents to support employees and
bear in mind that if the employer did this with employees, they may also leave you in the cold.

ENOUGH THE THIEVING PRACTICES OF EMPLOYERS!

Not a step back against state repression! ---- Get your hands off the squats and structures of the fight! ---- Solidarity in the occupation
of Terra Incognita! ---- Early in the early hours of Monday 17/8 a plethora of police forces evacuate the Occupation Terra Incognita. The
occupation was located at the junction of Olympou and Taskou Papageorgiou streets in Thessaloniki. The abandoned building, until it was
occupied, was owned by the AUTh. From 2004 until today, the Occupation of Terra Incognita was a very important center of anarchist struggle,
a militant center of the revolutionary anti-state and anti-capitalist struggle. During the occupation, there was a printing house, a gym and
a library, while open social events and discussions often took place. The infrastructure of the printing house, the gym and the library, as
well as the equipment for the demonstrations (flags, helmets, masks), which for years were used by a variety of collectives and comrades of
the city,

The evacuation of Terra Incognita Occupation is not just a blow to the anarchist space. It is another act of the state's attack on the
movement, another attempt to undermine the militant mindset of the oppressed and exploited, and as such is ultimately a blow to the broad
social majority as a whole. The evacuation of Terra Incognita Occupancy adds to a number of many evacuations that have taken place in the
past. It is a complement to the basic political goal set by the ND government from the beginning, to serve the reactionary triptych "law -
order - security" and to satisfy its conservative and reactionary public, as there is no other way to detach social consensus towards
government policy.

In the immediate aftermath of the evacuation of the Terra Incognita occupation, 12 comrades were arrested for repairing the roof in
Libertatia Occupation in Thessaloniki, Rosa Nera in Chania and 99 Filolaou in Athens were evacuated, while K * BOX in Exarcheion square
received bullets. At a time when, in combination with the devastating consequences of the state management of the Covid-19 pandemic, the
impoverishment of society is deepening, unemployment rates are soaring and employment relations are completely deregulated, in the time
following the autumn new memorandum of extreme austerity, While geopolitical rivalries in the Eastern Mediterranean are currently
intensifying over the delimitation of EEZs and hydrocarbon mining at the expense of multinational giants accompanied by a belligerent and
chauvinist climate in Greece and Turkey, the ND government has skillfully chosen to against the anarchists. Disorientation and ostrichism
are a regular practice of all bourgeois governments, when they find themselves in the dark with the management of their internal and
external affairs. The counter-insurgency campaign is a key part of state policy in view of the sharpening of material class antagonisms. The
state bets that by repression, persecution, imprisonment,

We may have lost a battle, but we certainly have not lost the war, nor are we going to lose it, because we are part of the social majority,
which is struggling to gain class self-consciousness and organize its counterattack. We are the ones who have a just cause and we are proud
to be on the right side of history, on the side of the oppressed who oppose every form of power, every relationship of exploitation and
artificial separation. The state is deluding itself if it thinks that the anarchist movement is institutionalized and trapped in its
occupations and that it will suspend its activities due to the evacuations and the intensified state repression. As long as there is class
exploitation and oppression, the struggle of the anarchists will continue unabated, until the case of social and class emancipation is
justified,

We emphasize that squatting is a means of struggle and not an end in itself. It is a practice used for decades by those who fight and
resist, a practice that has been appropriated by much of the militant class movement and the anarchists. Workers, pupils and students occupy
workplaces, schools, colleges and government buildings in order to exert political pressure to meet the demands of their struggles. Today,
students deliver to all of us lessons of relentless resistance by occupying their schools, to demand public, free and decent health and
education without class exclusion. Their struggle is also our struggle, their demands reflect the needs of the social majority, the poor and
working classes. End, Many deserted buildings are left in ruins for years or left unused, at a time when there is a huge housing problem,
which of course is inextricably linked to the indicators of misery, while at the same time bank crows seek to seize the first homes of
thousands of poor people. For the poor, then, the squatting of abandoned buildings is a tangible way to solve their housing problem, a
completely fair move, to satisfy a basic and inalienable need for every person who wants and must live with dignity.

The times we live in are hard and will become harder. We must by no means endure the crushing of our class with zeal and fatalism, nor, of
course, should we entrust our fortunes to charlatan rulers of capitalism. To unite, organize and counter-attack collectively with the
community of our class interests in mind and with the axis of the revolutionary overthrow of the state and capitalism. These are the
imperative tasks of our days for all the oppressed and exploited. On the road of struggle our answers will be given!

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ILLEGAL REVOLUTIONARY CITIZENSHIP COMMITTEE-GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE ZAPATISTIC ARMY OF NATIONAL LIBERATION. ----
MEXICO. ---- October 5, 2020. ---- To the National Indigenous Congress-Indigenous Governing Council ---- Towards the Domestic and
International Sixth ---- To the Resistance and Insurgency Networks ---- To the honest people who resist in every corner of the globe ----
Sisters, brothers, fraternities ---- Comrades, comrades andsyntrofoisses ---- We the Zapatistas, indigenous Mayan peoples, greet you and
share with you what is in our collective thought, according to what we see, hear and feel. ---- First: - We see and hear a world sick in its
social life, fragmented into millions of people, alienated from each other, absorbed in their struggle for individual survival, but united
under the yoke of oppression by a system that is willing to do anything to to quench his thirst for profit, even when his path contradicts
the very existence of planet Earth.

The malfunctioning of the system and the stupid defense of "progress" and "modernization" run into a criminal reality: themurders of women .
The murder of women has neither color nor nationality, it is global. If it is absurd and outrageous for someone to be persecuted,
disappeared, murdered for their skin color, race, culture or beliefs, it is impossible for the human mind to fit that being a woman is
tantamount to a social sentence. exclusion and death.

Having an expected escalation (harassment, physical violence, mutilation and murder), with the guarantee of a structural impunity ("it was
worth it", "he had a tattoo", "what did he do in that place at such a time?", "With these clothes what wait?»), the murders of women have no
criminal logic other than systemic. Women from different geographies, social strata, races and ages, ranging from childhood to old age,
gender is the only constant. The system is unable to explain why female genital mutilation is inextricably linked to its "development" and
"progress". In the outrageous statistics of deaths, the more "developed" a society is, the greater the number of victims in this real gender
war.

"Culture" seems to say to us indigenous peoples: "The proof of your underdevelopment lies in the low rates offemale homicide . Here, for you
are thebig projects , the thermal power plants, the mines, the dams, the malls, the electrical stores - which also include TV channels. You
have to learn to consume, to become like us. But to repay the debt of this progressive help that we offer you, your land, your water, your
cultures, your dignity are not enough. "You have to include the lives of women."

Second: - We see and hear the mortally wounded nature, which in its psyche warns humanity that the worst is yet to come. Every "natural"
catastrophe foretells the next and deliberately forgets that it is caused by the actions of a human system.

Death and destruction are no longer distant, they are not limited by borders, they do not respect customs and international conventions.
Disaster in any corner of the world is affecting the entire planet.

Third: - We see and hear the powerful folding and resorting to the so-called Nation States and their walls. And in this incredible leap
backwards, fascist nationalisms, ridiculous chauvinism and a deafening chatter are revived. We had warned of impending wars, those that feed
on false, empty and false stories and translate ethnicities and races into superiors imposed by death and destruction. The quarrels between
the rulers and their would-be successors in the various countries obscure the fact that the master, the ruler, the tyrant, is the same
everywhere and has no other nationality than money. In the meantime, international organizations are weakening and end up being just names,
like museum exhibits... or not even that.

In the darkness and confusion that precede these wars, we hear and see the attack, the siege and the persecution against every trace of
creativity, intelligence and logic. Against critical thinking, the powerful demand, claim and impose their fanaticism. The death that they
sow, cultivate and reap is not only natural, but involves the elimination of human universality itself - intelligence -, its evolution and
its achievements. New occult currents, secular or not, are revived or created, disguised as cultural fashions orpseudosciences, while the
subordination of the arts and sciences to political organizations is attempted.

Fourth: - The Covid 19 pandemic showed not only human vulnerability, but also the greed and stupidity of the various national governments
and their supposed oppositions. They ignored the most basic measures of common sense, constantly betting on the short duration of the
pandemic. As the pandemic spread, the numbers began to replace tragedies. Death has turned into a figure lost daily in the midst of scandals
and statements, in a creepy contest between ridiculous nationalisms, where the average of hits and goals determines which team, or Nation,
is the best or the worst.

As described in detail in one of the previous texts, in Zapatism we chose the prevention and implementation of health measures which were
recommended to us by scientists who guided us and offered us, without hesitation, their help. The Zapatista people thank them and so we
wanted to express it to them. After 6 months of application of these measures (masks or something similar, distance between people,
cessation of contact with urban areas, 15-day quarantine for those who may have come in contact with cases, frequent washing with soap and
water), We mourn the death of 3 comrades who had 2 or more symptoms associated with Covid 19 and had direct contact with cases.

Another 8 companions and a companion, who died during this time, had only one of the symptoms. Since we do not have a test, we assume that
all 12 comrades died from the so-called Coronio (the advice of the sciences was to consider any respiratory difficulty as a symptom of Covid
19). We are responsible for these 12 absences. Neither the 4thTransformation[1], nor the opposition, nor the neoliberals, nor the
neoconservatives, nor the chairos[2],nor the fifís[3], nor the conspiracies, nor the intrigues are responsible. We believe that we should
have strengthened the precautionary measures to the fullest.

Today, with the absence of these 12 partners weighing on us, we are improving prevention measures in all communities, with the help of NGOs
and scientists who, either individually or collectively, guide us to tackle a possible recurrence of the disease with greater vigor. . Tens
of thousands of masks (specifically designed to prevent people from being infected by a potential carrier of the virus, at low cost,
reusable and adaptable to specific conditions) have been distributed to all communities. Tens of thousands more are being built in guerrilla
/ isa factories and villages. The mass use of masks, the two-week quarantine for those who may be infected, the distance, the constant
washing of hands and face with soap and water and the avoidance, if possible, of travel to cities,

The details of our strategy will be analyzed in due course. At the moment we are telling you, with life pulsating in our bodies, that,
according to our estimates, (which may be wrong), the collective response to the threat, as a community, and not as an individual problem,
and the The fact that efforts have focused mainly on prevention allows us to say, as Zapatista peoples, that we are here, resisting, living,
struggling.

Today, all over the world, big business is trying to get people out on the streets again to take on their role as consumers again. Because
he only cares about the problems of the Market: about the stalemate in the consumption of goods.

We have to take to the streets again, yes, but to fight. Because, as we have said before, life, the struggle for life, is not an individual
issue but a collective one. Now we see that it is not even national, it is global.
***
We have heard and seen a lot about this, and we have thought about it a lot. But not only...

Fifth: - We hear and see the resistances and uprisings that, even if silenced or forgotten, remain decisive traces of a humanity that
refuses to follow the system in its hasty step towards collapse: the fatal train of progress that is advancing, majestic and flawless ,
towards the cliff, with the train driver forgetting that he is just another employee and naively believing that he decides on the course,
while all he does is walk trapped on the rails that lead to the abyss.

Resistances and uprisings that, without forgetting the tears for those who are missing, are stubbornly fighting for the most subversive -
who knows what - exists in these worlds, divided into neoliberals and neoconservatives: life.

Resistances and uprisings that each perceive, according to their way, time and geography, that the solutions are not in the faith of the
national governments, are not born protected by borders or wear different flags and languages.

Resistances and rebellions learning in our, the,Twizapatistas that solutions lie down in basements and corners of the world. Not in
government palaces, not in the offices of big business.

Resistances and uprisings that show us that if the ones above break down the bridges and close the borders, all we have to do is cross the
rivers and the seas to meet. That healing, if it exists, is universal, and has the color of the earth, of the work that lives and dies in
its streets and neighborhoods, in the seas and skies, in the mountains and in its bowels. And, like the native corn, it has many colors,
shades and sounds.
***
We see and hear all this, and so much more. We see and hear ourselves as we are: a number that does not count. Because life has no meaning,
it does not sell, it is not news, it is not included in statistics, it does not compete in polls, it is not evaluated on social media, it
does not represent any political capital, party flag or modern scandal. Who cares if a small, very small group of natives, that is, lives,
struggles?

Because we finally live. Despite paramilitaries, pandemics, big programs , lies, slander and oblivion, we live. That is, we are fighting.

And that is what we intend to do: to continue to fight, that is, to continue to live. We think that, all these years, we have accepted the
brotherly embrace of people from our country and the world. We think that if life here resists and flourishes, despite any difficulties, it
is due to these people who defied distances, bureaucratic procedures, borders, and cultural and linguistic differences. We thank all those,
those,those- but especially those - who challenged and defeated calendars and geographies.

In the mountains of southeastern Mexico, there was and will continue to be this ear in our hearts that listens to all the worlds of the
earth. Their words and deeds were food for the resistance and the uprising, which is nothing but the continuation of the resistance and the
uprisings of our ancestors.

People who walk the paths of science and the arts, have found a way to embrace and inspire us, even from a distance. Journalists, fifís or
not, who used to reveal misery and death and always dignity and life. People of all professions and arts have been found and continue to be
by our side, something that means a lot to us, maybe not so much to them.

These are the thoughts of our collective heart, and we believe that the time has come for us, the Zapatistas, to respond to the ear, the
speech and the presence of these worlds. Near and far, geographically.

Sixth: - So we decided that:

It is time for hearts to dance again, but for their music and footsteps not to be sad and resigned.

Various Zapatista delegations from men, women andothersthat have the color of our earth, we will cross the world, we will walk and travel to
the most distant lands, to the most distant seas and skies, seeking not separation, superiority, insult, of course not forgiveness and pity,
but what makes us equal.

Not just the humanity that gives life to our different skins, our different ways, our different languages and colors. But above all, the
common dream that, as a species, we share since we, in seemingly distant Africa, from the embrace of the first woman, began to take our
first steps: the search for freedom that encouraged that first step... that continues to this day.

The first destination of this planetary journey will be the European continent.

We will sail to European land. We will set sail from the land of Mexico in April 2021.

After traveling to various corners of Europe from below and to the left, we will arrive in Madrid, the Spanish capital, on August 13, 2021,
500 years since the supposed conquest of what is today Mexico. And soon after we will continue on our way.

We will speak to the Spanish people. Not to threaten, scold, insult, or demand. Not to ask him to apologize to us. Not to serve him or to
serve us.

But to tell him two simple things:

First: That they did not conquer us. That we continue to be in resistance and revolt.

Second: That they have no reason to ask us to forgive them. Let the games of the distant past stop justifying, with demagogy and hypocrisy,
the present and ongoing crimes: the murders of social activists such as Brother Samir Flores Soberanes, the genocides behind thegrand plots
, designed and carried out to satisfy the powerful - the same one who plagues every corner of the globe -, the financial support and
impunity of the paramilitaries, the acquisition of consciences and dignity for 30 silver.[4]

We Zapatistas do NOT want to go back to this past, not alone, alone, alone, let alone with anyone who wants to sow his racist hatred and feed
his outdated nationalism with the supposed greatness of an empire, the Aztecs, that developed with the blood of their fellows, and try to
convince us that the indigenous peoples of this earth were defeated by its fall.

Neither the Spanish state nor the Catholic Church needs to apologize for anything. We will not cover the crooks who climb by stepping on our
blood and try to hide that their hands are dirty with it.

Why should Spain apologize to us? Because she gave birth to a Cervantes, a José Espronceda, a León Felipe, a Federico García Lorca, a Manuel
Vázquez Montalbán, a Miguel Hernández, a Pedro Salinas, an Antonio Machado, a Lope de Vega, a Bope de Varga, a Panudena Grand , Ana Belén,
Sabina, Serrat, Ibáñez, Llach, Amparanoia, Miguel Ríos, Paco de Lucía, Víctor Manuel, Aute siempre, ???? Buñuel, Almodóvar, Agrado, Saura,
Fernán Gómez, Fernando León, Bardem, ???? Dalí, Miró, Goya , Picasso, el Greco and Velázquez; Or for one of the best critical thoughts in
the world, which bears the stamp of the libertarian"A"? Or for democracy, for exile, for the Mayan brother Gonzalo Guerrero?

Why should the Catholic Church apologize to us? For Bartolomé de las Casas, Don Samuel Ruiz García, Arturo Lona, Sergio Méndez Arceo, the
sister Chapis? For the priests, the nuns and laity sisters, who walked on the side of the natives without guiding or substituting them. For
those who risk their freedom and their lives to defend human rights?

2021 marks the 20th anniversary of the Earth Color March we held with the brotherly peoples of the National Indigenous Congress, claiming a
place in this country that is now collapsing.

20 years later we will travel and cross the planet to tell him that this world that exists in our collective heart, has room for all, for
all, forall . Simply because this world will only be possible if all, everyonegathers together , fight to the build.

The majority of Zapatista delegations will be women. Not only because they want to reciprocate the embrace they received at previous
international meetings, but mainly to make it clear to the Zapatista men: we are what we are, and we are not what we are not, thanks to
them, because of them, and with them .

We call on the National Indigenous Congress-Indigenous Governing Council to set up a delegation to accompany us and thus, make our speech
richer for the other who is fighting far away. In particular, we call on a delegation of peoples who hold high the name, image and blood of
Brother Samir Flores Soberanes so that his pain, rage, struggle and resistance can go even further.

We invite those with an inclination, commitment and horizon to the arts and sciences to accompany, at a distance, our travels and steps,
thus helping us to promote the idea that, in the arts and sciences, there is the possibility of not only its survival. humanity, but also a
new world.

In conclusion: We are leaving for Europe in April 2021. Date and time? We do not know... yet.

Opposite the strong trains, our canoes.

Opposite the thermal power plants, the flames that the women Zapatistas entrusted to the women who fight all over the world.

Opposite the walls and the borders, our collective voyage.

Opposite the big capital, our common field.

Facing the destruction of the planet, a mountain that travels unharmed.

We are Zapatistas, carriers of the virus of resistance and rebellion. And as such we will go to the 5 continents.

Already fourteen months of struggle for the chambermaids at the Ibis Batignolles hotel. In addition to the strike, they are bringing a
lawsuit for "racial and systemic discrimination", a legal concept which has gained recognition in the industrial tribunal. ---- Upon
reopening, the 1 stof September, Ibis Batignolles, maids, partially, reiterated the claims brought for fourteen months of struggle. Rather
than by the subcontractor STN who inflicts them hidden work and hellish rates (17 minutes per room), they demand to be hired directly by the
Accor group. "We will not resume work until our demands have been heard," says Rachel Keke. How can you go back to work if you don't win ?
It will be the same abuse and we will not accept it."
For Tiziri Kandi, of the CGT-HPE, the hotel industry is a laboratory of social dumping. Chambermaids are at the bottom of the qualification
ladder, and subcontracting prevents them from any professional development. The only other accessible position is that of housekeeper (who
supervises the work on an entire floor). Thus, in the event of an occupational disease, requalification is impossible, and those who are
victims often end up being dismissed.

"We are treated like slaves. We don't have a say: if we speak up, the management tells us we just have to leave but they know we have no
choice, explains Rachel. They know that we came to Europe in difficult conditions, that our rights are not known, and they take advantage of
this to exploit us".

Red Photo Library / Martin Noda / Hans Lucas
For Tziri, "a whole system has been put in place, from the prefecture to employment. The prefecture keeps them in a precarious administrative
situation: only annual residence permits, despite their CDI or their years of residence in France. And without a job, no more residence
permit. This vulnerability facilitates their exploitation by companies which always assign them to the same tasks, according to a sexist and
racist division of labor.

Fourteen months of struggle
"Morally, fourteen months is tiring," says Rachel. They are using the coronavirus to avoid confrontation. When will the Accor group respond
to our demands?Since the cancellation of a negotiation on March 19, no other meeting has indeed been offered to the strikers. Accor and STN
continue to ignore them or to make unacceptable proposals to them: a lunch basket for 2.5 euros and a can ! As for the time clock, it has
fallen into disuse.

The request for requalification of the strikers was refused by the industrial tribunal but the CGT-HPE will appeal. Another complaint is
underway, targeting Accor and STN for "racial and systemic discrimination", a notion that was first recognized by the Paris industrial
tribunal in December 2019, in a lawsuit against a construction company.

Until recently, the strikers took action with the Rosies, a feminist group. "We have support," says Rachel, "but we always need more."

September 6th/7th: Textile workers rally and attempt to lay siege on factory owner's residency in Dhaka ---- On October 12, representatives
of the workers reached an agreement with Dragon Group's management. This puts an end to several months of union action against the company.
As is widely known, thousands of workers were owed unpaid wages and subsidies. During the past months, they conducted a determined struggle,
organizing numerous actions. At the same time, international solidarity spread to many countries
(https://www.icl-cit.org/solidarity-with-dragon-group-workers-spreads-across-the-globe/). --- The agreement was signed by representatives of
the workers, the bosses, the government and the company owners. It means they now accept that these amounts are owed, something they had
refused to do until now. They will also make regular payments over a period of time, until the figures indicated in the text are reached.
The workers have also made concessions, as they have settled for a lower amount than they were originally demanding.

Following the signing of the agreement, GWTUC have asked their international comrades to halt the solidarity actions for the time being.
Compliance with the agreement will be closely monitored and action will be taken again if any irregularities are detected.

ICL is a federalist organisation. The workers on the ground are the ones making the decisions, with full autonomy, regarding their
struggles. The International only coordinates the support that other sections and contacts can offer in this endeavour. The initiative
always lies with the workers involved in the conflict, as must be.

Therefore, in response to the GWTUC's request, we call on all unions, groups and organisations that have already demonstrated their
solidarity with the Dragon Group's comrades, to remain alert in case the agreement is not respected. As we already told the company once,
ICL is not a neutral body or an impartial arbitrator. We will always stand by the workers, in Bangladesh and around the world, ready and
willing to respond to their demands, as is the case now.

If the year 2020 marks the 50th anniversary of the events of October, it also marks the 50th anniversary (somewhat forgotten) of the Cabano
revolt. ---- Cabano is a small forest town at the bottom of the river then struggling with a catastrophic unemployment rate. The October
1970 Manifesto, read on Radio-Canada television, echoed this revolt which took place in the summer of 1970: " Yes, there are reasons for
poverty, unemployment, slums.[...]And the brave workers of Cabano whom we have tried to cram once again know a lot of reasons[...]"- FLQ
manifesto , October 1970. ---- The Cabano event, the general strike of construction workers, the strike at the General Motors assembly plant
in Sainte-Thérèse, the struggle of the "lads of Lapalme" and their sabotage actions[1] demonstrate all the extent of the social fever in
which Quebec was plunged in 1970. As the former felquiste Jacques Lanctôt rightly points out: " The FLQ was not born like a hair on the
soup: it stuck to the reality of Quebec. 'then which knew a rise of workers' and popular struggles. "(Fournier, p.311)
The Cabano revolt

From June to July 1970, the population of Cabano presented injunctions to dislodge the D'Auteil Lumber company and stop logging. They are
all rejected.

During the first week of August 1970, the revolt broke out. The citizens, having exhausted all legal means, resort to acts of sabotage.
Louis Fournier writes in the book FLQ Histoire d'un mouvement clandestin that: " Angry citizens burn bridges, take out their hunting rifles
and disarm Sureté du Québec agents dispatched to the site. "(Fournier, p.278)

Source: BAnQ
We can also read in the pages of the daily Le Soleil that: " From nine in the morning until eight in the evening, the people of Cabano
loudly expressed their impatience[...]Twelve bridges were demolished by fire and dynamite. , power saws or quite simply with an ax[...]In
the forest, on Saturday morning, in addition to blowing up bridges and spreading wooden ropes on the trails, the inhabitants of Cabano set
fire to cabins and barracks which belonged to the D'Auteil Lumber "[2].

Also, the daily reports that a barn and a shed that belonged to the company were set on fire in front of more than a thousand people and
without the firefighters being able to intervene. This barn was located on the land that the D'Auteil Lumber was to use for a new chipboard
factory to replace the Fraser mill that burned down in 1966. Once the cutting permit was in hand, the company announced to the government
that it abandoned his promise to build this factory, hence the anger of the people of Cabano.

On August 4, 1970, the mayor of Cabano revealed to the press that he had received an offer of assistance from two alleged militants of the
Front de liberation du Québec (FLQ).

Le Soleil, August 5, 1970

The Cabano supervisory committee, chaired by Jos Landry, is created. It is made up of the citizens most determined to keep and exploit their
forest resources themselves. In February 1971, the popular Quebec pulp and paper company announced that the town of Cabano had been selected
for the establishment of a popular cardboard factory.[3]

A few words on the October 1970 Manifesto

The Manifesto portrays very real issues. It appeals to both anger, hope and empowerment (regaining power). In addition, Francis Dupuis-Dér
mentions in an article entitled: Track for a history of anarchism in Quebec[4]that the October 1970 Manifesto borrows an anarchist tone,
with evocations of a revolution without a leader (s) leading to self-management practices:
" Workers of Quebec, start today to take back what belongs to you; take what is yours yourselves. You alone know your factories, your
machines, your hotels, your universities, your unions; do not wait for a miracle organization.[...]Make your own revolution in your
neighborhoods, in your workplaces.[...]We want to replace this society of slaves with the whole population by a free society, functioning by
itself and for itself, a society open to the world. " (Fournier, p.310)

A speech that appears today a thousand miles from the disembodied technocrats of the sovereignist movement.

Since July, employees of the Parisian network Biocoop - Le retour à la terre have been on strike against their management. The initially
local conflict spread nationally, and strike calls have multiplied since September. ---- Biocoop is a cooperative company, but its stores
are managed independently with a franchise system: only 40% are cooperatives, the others are Sarl (limited liability commercial companies).
As the Biocoop charter no longer includes obligations on employee relations, they apply the collective agreement for the retail trade,
offering little protection to employees [1]. Thus in April, while the president of Biocoop declared that the crisis was an opportunity "to
change the model", the bosses of some of these biocoop pressured their employees already tested by the confinement and deconfinement.

Demonstration September 17, Paris
Red Photo Library
There is therefore a structural issue: the employees in struggle denounce an alignment with mass distribution, and the relegation to the
background of the working conditions and the rights of the employees (the ethical and social requirements seem to apply more to products
sold than to the operation of stores, especially in Sarl).

The strike movement started with the network of Parisian stores Biocoop - Le retour à la terre, whose employees had been mobilized since
July. They mainly claim the acceptance of any request for contractual termination, a salary increase, weekly rest of two consecutive days
and the renunciation of the management to open the stores on Sunday (this last point was obtained, the management having there withdrawn
after the strike of September 6).

It is now the employees of several Biocoop who are on strike and the conflict is intensifying. During the interprofessional demonstration of
September 17, the strikers in Paris were joined by employees of other Biocoop in France in the perspective of federating their struggles.
Their demands: that employee representation be reduced from 5% to 50% in Biocoop bodies and that the salary scale which was removed from the
specifications be reinstated and reassessed in all stores in the network.

With the approach of the day of strike of September 26, sanctions fell: blackmail on days off, threats of complaint for defamation, and
finally two people laid off for serious misconduct and liable to dismissal [2]. But their fight today enjoys broad support from
organizations and political parties, as well as allies such as the self-managed bakery in Montreuil, La conquête du pain, which refuses to
deliver Biocoop in solidarity. This movement of struggle reminds us that even the "committed»Are overtaken by capitalism, and often fall
more into it than they fight against ... The only bulwark is the mobilization of workers to defend their rights, take control of their work
tool and prevent betrayal of displayed values.
