When a capitalist invests heavily in his own country and is unable to exploit the
masses on a large scale, he then invests outside the country, imports rawmaterials through trade agreements and exports products, to capitalism. The contract forAfghanistan, one of the four largest copper mines in the world, is with Chineseinvestors. China also has a gold mining contract in Pakistan, 51% of which goesto China. Bangladesh, Central Asia, the Middle East (especially Iran), WestAfrica and Latin America are increasingly imposing their trade minerals and routes.EverGrandGroup, its own real estate company in China, is the country'ssecond-largest property developer and is now on the verge of bankruptcy. Itsshare price has fallen 76% since the beginning of the year. In August, Shojian,the founder of EverGrand and one of China's richest men, resigned as chairman ofthe group. Sales of the company's bonds have been suspended in Shanghai.Police entered EverGrand's office in Shenzhen as investors in the company'sproducts came to demand payment. In countries where China hascontracted for road construction and mining, it employs its own workers, and as aresult, local workers are losing their jobs. Due to cheaper labor, garmentexports to Asia have risen to 75% of China's, followed by millions of workers inCambodia, Bangladesh, Laos, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, Pakistan andIndia. In fact, domestic policy reflects foreign policy and foreign policyreflects domestic policy. The same thing happened during the Congress of theso-called Communist Party of China.
