And the threat of a huge humanitarian disaster hangsover two million people. ---- Nevertheless, this tragedy was reframed inthe Czech mass media in such a manipulative and lying manner that evenwe - social anarchists - have to comment on the local news. Reporting onevents in Israel and Palestine only proves the fact that the mass mediain the context of representative democracy is just an extended hand ofthe privileged and controlling. Let's analyze the biggest nonsense thatappeared in the Czech media."It was unexpected."Immediately after the attack, the Czech intelligence servicesuncritically adopted the American narrative that the attack was"unprovoked and unexpected". Fox News and some senators and congressmenchose such words. However, they hid from us information about thelong-term and systematic Israeli terror of the Palestinian civilianpopulation, the intensity of which has become unbearable in recentmonths. According to Human Rights Watch, in the past two years alone,the Israeli army has murdered dozens of children in the West Bank, notto mention the long-term blockade of the Gaza Strip."Israel minimizes civilian casualties."Another lie that the media in the Czech Republic consciously adopts andreproduces. If Israel wanted to minimize civilian casualties, it wouldconduct a ground operation targeting military targets. The reality,however, is that Israel is bombing entire residential neighborhoods inwhich civilians are dying, as evidenced by satellite images. This ismore evidence of creeping genocide."Human rights activists are anti-Semites."The traditional argumentative fallacy that "anyone who criticizes Israelis anti-Semitic and racist" came to the fore again after the terroristattack. When human rights activists called a demonstration in support ofIsraeli and Palestinian civilians, they received a hysterical reactionfrom top politicians led by the Minister of Defense, who is able towithdraw from the United Nations due to her loyalty to Israel. At thesame time, on the contrary, it is the politicians who fulfill theessence of the crime, whether Milosh Zeman, who would expel thePalestinians from their land, or Petr Fiala, who would use all meansagainst Palestine. No wonder, Netanyahu invited the extremeright into the government without any problems.Let's not swallow mass media propaganda. Let's stand up to the IslamistHamas and the nationalist Israeli government and don't be afraid to usethe slogan "from river to the see, Gaza will be free" in the rightcontext.
