They encourage us to create, produce, offer services, lying that we will be our own bosses. The real truth is that Brazilian BANKS and the STATE finance large national and multinational companies in industry and agribusiness with crony "interest rates," and the small ones are left with their labor and luck.
We fought for and conquered, at the beginning of the 20th century, in Brazil, the 8-hour workday. Today, we work more hours, earn less, and the propaganda on social media, radio, and television is that today we have more freedom to use our time. The National Congress and the Lula 3 government maintain the growing militarization of society with MILITARIZED SCHOOLS, MILITARIZED MUNICIPAL GUARDS, MILITARIZATION OF INDIGENOUS AND QUILOMBOLA TERRITORIES, INCREASED MILITARY SPENDING, INVESTMENT IN MILITARY ARMS INDUSTRIES, REDUCED INVESTMENT IN EDUCATION AND HEALTH. The union is a tool. It is our tool that has been stolen.
The UAF is a federalist anarchist association of collectives and individuals that works to build and establish in Brazil alternative ways of life, of just and egalitarian social and economic organization outside, parallel and beyond capitalism, understanding, living and practicing the unity of justice and freedom, the unity of person and nature for the good life.
