Hungary / Detention of ALL asylum seekers at the Serbian border

Hi,

Just briefly from Hungary: János Lázár, the right hand of Orbán, has 
announced in an obscure little townhall meeting that the government is 
planning four legislative changes.

1. All asylum seekers will be automatically detained

2. This will happen at the border zone, and people will have to wait 
there for the decision

3. The 700-800 people currently in the asylum process will be 
transferred to the border area to be detained

This is terrible news for the quality of the asylum process, for 
children and families, for those people Dublined back to Hungary, etc.

Will let you know as soon as we have more details, especially the actual 
law proposal.
