Workers, students and the general popular were present from the 06 hrs of the morning in 
the concentration of the act against the privatization of the Clinical Hospital. Relying 
on various organizations and entities of the components Struggle Front To Not Lose HC. 
---- The act was intended to bar once again vote on Ebserh in COUN (University Council), 
which this time was being held in a totally illegal way (no defined location without 
minimum of 48 hrs prior notice, in violation of an earlier measure that COUN provided that 
the Ebserh would not be approved without extensive debate in the community). Hidden Zaki 
and his minions (PSDB) sought to approve the measure that makes room for that privatize 
HC. Decree issued by the PT government, demonstrating that it is the result of a coalition 
of the ruling classes against the exploited, to remove them public health.

can stop the Ebserh and measures contrary to the people.

---- The COUN should decide on the degree of adherence to the Brazilian Hospital Services

the year 2012 the Academic Community (education workers and students) has been fighting to 
standardize the Ebserh. Through mobilization unified strike, and you work the students 
COUN forced to take a position contrary to Ebserh on more than one occasion. ---- Still, 
Zaki Akel, Rector UFPR either put to a vote in Ebserh COUN again! And we already know what 
to: approve it, "by hook or by crook." We know that Zaki as good toucan, always 
appreciated privatizations and, if refused before, was seeking prestige in the academic 
community. ---- Now, placed against the wall by the government (and government-EN), the 
Rector has 30 days to remedy the situation (ie, approve the Ebserh). Zaki shows its real 
face, sparing no threats to anyone who dares to oppose measured and using the lowest 
blows, as suddenly changing the date of the vote!

We can not let the Ebserh assume the Hospital das Clinicas, for this would mean 
privatization in all respects , because their management would be made by a company (so 
that patients are seen as expenses and not patients). Plus, surely we would see HC become 
a hospital "double door" , ie, with a door SUS and private covenants. Thus, delivering the 
HC, one of the only hospitals in the state high complexity, built and managed by SUS (with 
funds from taxes paid by workers), the private sector, whose priority is profit and not
