mayor of Vitrolles after the 1995 election was canceled because her husband, Bruno, has 
exceeded its campaign budget and accordingly been declared ineligible one year. The fact 
is that, on that day, Vitrolles joined Marignane, Orange (still in the hands of Bompard 
2014) and Toulon in the club of Commons passed under the control of the FN. It does not
