Quamar EdwardsCINCINNATI – A man suspected of the murder of a transgender woman turned himself in to Cincinnati police on Wednesday. Quamar Edwards was arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of 28-year-old Tiffany Edwards, 28, whose body was discovered by a sanitation worker on a Cincinnati street last week.
