As many people as possible¹ should be able to feel comfortable, which requires
sensitive and open interaction with each other. Remember that there are people
with all kinds of shitty experiences and trauma, both speaking and not speaking

An example (deliberately from a different area than sexuality): Lux and Lax both
served several years in prison. Lux experiences again and again how this terrible
institution is kept silent or how it is sometimes still defended in left-wing
spaces and opponents* are demanded to be arrested. Lux finds this very
distressing and wishes for a room in which loud, angry and wild talk was made
about how to put an end to the prison system. Lax, on the other hand, wants to
distance himself from what he has experienced and not be reminded of his time in
prison. Both needs are based, have the same causes, are of equal value and are in
conflict with each other.
Therefore, be attentive and sensitive when communicating, pay attention to what
statements and non-statements trigger in others.

Behavior in the event of assaults and unpleasant situations:

If a person is doing things that make you uncomfortable or that go beyond your
limits, try to point it out clearly. Sometimes there are misleading situations.
If this is not possible, or if the person continues to behave anyway, alert
others and inform the people on the Community Responsibility Assumption Support
Team (GVÜUT). We will then work together to stop the person's behavior and end
the situation or remove them from the Black Pigeon if necessary.

Thereafter:

Seek help and support from people you trust, if you want also from the people
from the GVÜUT. There is a sanctuary where you can spend time alone or with
people you trust. It is important that you decide what, with whom and when you
want to talk to someone.
We are also happy to call friends for you. If you are worried about going home
alone, we will be happy to find a solution together.

The environment:
If you suspect that someone is acting against the will of someone else, ask the
affected person if this is the case and if they would like help. If you don't
want help, respect that.
It is important that interventions that are intended to help should, if possible,
have the consent of the potentially affected person. If you are unsure, be sure
to talk to others or the GVÜUT about the situation.

It is very important to us to establish a culture of mutual care and direct help.
Don't wait for someone else to take care of problems, we should all be there for
each other! We don't need experts who supposedly take care of our security (e.g.
cops) and nobody who takes over our self-determined and autonomous actions.
Of course, not everyone has to get involved in everything and people should also
know their own limits, so you don't always have to help, especially when you can
no longer do it.

After assaults:
We will try to work together with those around the abusive person to prevent
future abusive behavior and problematic/suppressive behavior. and mindsets to
revise and break down. (Based on concepts such as Transformative Justice and
Community Accountability).

The Role of the Shared Accountability Assumption Support Team (GVÜUT)
We will try to have an overview of the introductory counter in order to identify
problem situations and resolve conflicts before they escalate. Of course, this
will not always be possible. We definitely don't want to relieve you of your
mutual responsibility, as mentioned above, we should all take care of each other.

Please also come to us with other problems, which e.g. are not due to the actions
of the event participants or you have requests, feedback and criticism. (Feedback
and criticism are very important to us and are very welcome).
It is also important to us that we protect each other from the police and Nazis.
